Danah is a sixth-year graduate student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. She graduated from Seoul National University in 2017 with a B.S.E. in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering. During her undergraduate studies, she studied multi-phase flows and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) particularly for naval applications. She joined Stanford University and Mani Group in the fall of 2017 to continue her interest in CFD toward more fundamental aspects of fluid dynamics. Her current research involves computational modeling of separated wall-bounded turbulent flows and the investigation of physics therein.
